ABSTRACT
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, entrepreneurial failure became a common reality, pushing many business owners to reassess their ability to recover & restart ventures. The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept of entrepreneurial adaptability by identifying & validating the factors which motivate entrepreneurs to try again in the post-pandemic context. This study adopts confirmatory factor analysis to extract two dimensions: entrepreneurial awareness and readiness, and external factors influencing enterprises. The core variables of the first dimension are audience cognition and strategic decision-making capacity. This study confirms that internal clarity and cognitive readiness play a key driving role in re-entrepreneurship after business failure.
